Located on 100 acres in Metamora’s beautiful horse country, this 3500 SF farmhouse underwent a full exterior restoration. The goal of the project was to return the property to its original 1860s splendor, which included the house restoration and construction of a new breezeway and 9000 SF horse barn/carriage house. Old Magnolia Farm, a stunning and unique American farmhouse and equestrian estate, was named Hour Detroit's 2016 Home of the Year.
